GPCSSI 2026 · Cyber Forensics Suite

See what files hide. Right here.

Two forensic instruments that run entirely in your browser. Pull the hidden metadata out of any image, PDF or video — or tear an Android app apart and score what it can really do. No uploads. No servers. Nothing leaves your device.

The Instruments

Two tools. One principle: the evidence is already in the file.

Each tool is self-contained and offline. Open one, drop a file, read what it surfaces. Built for investigators, students, and anyone curious about what their files quietly carry.

Capabilities

The forensic depth, in plain terms.

01

Location & device exposure

Decodes embedded GPS into decimal coordinates with one-tap Google / OpenStreetMap / Bing pivots, and fingerprints the exact camera or phone from make, model and serial.

Image · EXIF · GPS
02

Tamper & timeline analysis

Compares capture time against last-modified time, detects editing software, and recovers the embedded thumbnail to expose the original framing before a crop.

XMP · IPTC · ICC

APK risk scoring

Reads the binary AndroidManifest, weights each permission by protection level, and rolls it into a single 0–100 score with a clear Low → Critical band.

03
APK · Manifest
04

Threat-pattern detection

Flags the permission combinations behind real attacks — SMS+network OTP theft, accessibility overlay kits, silent installers, device-admin ransomware and boot persistence.

Combos · OSINT
Your files never leave your device. Parsing happens in the browser — there is no server to send them to.

This suite is built for authorized investigative and educational work. Analyze only files and apps you own or have lawful permission to examine.

Findings are indicators, not verdicts — confirm them before acting, and operate within GPCSSI conduct rules and Indian law (IT Act, BNS, BNSS, DPDP Act).
